Ventana is a single-family community in Bulverde, Texas offering convenient access for San Antonio commuting. The curvilinear design centers around 107 acres of open space to protect the native environment and allow for a private, country living experience for residents. The Coral Studio team designed the two entry monuments using natural, rustic elements and native plant species to conserve the hill country aesthetic. The community pool is shaped around the existing trees and planters with native species to create a haven of greenery within the concreted amenity space.
