As an existing office park with a need for re-activating the exterior spaces, our design aims to create vibrant and engaging courtyards that provide office tenants a usable, outdoor space. One of the key features we incorporated was a dynamic dining court, complete with an outdoor grill and a shade pergola, that spills out from the recently renovated café. To cater to the active lifestyles of the office occupants, we integrated a gaming area within the courtyards including recreational activities such as ping-pong, bocce ball, and a yoga lawn. Our team also crafted a detailed planting plan, selecting an array of plants and trees to contribute to the overall ambiance and provide much-needed shade to the area. By re-envisioning the existing exterior space, we transformed previously dormant courtyards into dynamic and enjoyable areas for office tenants to utilize. Our design aimed to enhance the overall experience of the office park, making it a more attractive and inviting place for both work and leisure.
