Legacy Hills is a master planned community in which Coral Studio designed the main and secondary entry monuments and amenity layout. With the goal of creating an inclusive community for all ages, the design includes a pool area with a built-in splash pad and beach entrance for easy accessibility. The space is incorporated into the large recreational area complete with a jogging trail, playground structure, multi-use field, and sports courts. The variety of activities compacted into one general location creates a close-knit community environment for residents while promoting outdoor interaction.
