The Flats at Big Tex are a mixed-use multifamily project along the San Antonio Mission Reach trail. The landscape was designed with a focus on connectivity to several onsite pocket parks and courtyards, as well as tying to the industrial railyard past, all while providing a modern aesthetic. The community was awarded the 2017 Texas Star Award for “Best Overall Community Up to 20 Acres” by the Texas Association of Builders.
