Belle Oaks is an 875-acre residential community located in the small town of Bulverde—the front porch of the Texas hill country. The gated community consists of 1+ acre lots with hill country views in an ideal location for San Antonio commuters. Coral Studio designed the front and back entry monuments and the 5,000 square foot amenity center featuring a resort-style pool, sports courts, and playground. With the goal of preserving the hill country aesthetic, our team integrated each feature into the landscape, designing a well-programmed facility around the existing live oak trees on site.
