August Fields is a single-family community located near the Guadalupe River in New Braunfels. To activate the 119-acre subdivision, our team created a phased masterplan design that includes extensive biking and walking trails, a charming entryway, and an easily accessible neighborhood park. As part of the design process, our team created multiple concepts, each with unique features, and a detailed model to visualize the spatial design.
